As an HR professional, multiple business owner and certified business strategist & master coach, with additional qualifications in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and NLP, I bring to my work, what I am told, is a rare combination of commercial acumen and deep human insight.

This enables me to support business owners and leadership teams in shaping strategy, embedding culture, and driving meaningful, sustainable people and business growth, whilst navigating the many complex challenges common to a growing business.

I’m known for my balanced approach, blending strategic thinking with intuitive insight to help businesses create real traction.

Whether I’m working on strategy, shaping culture, or supporting leadership, my focus is always on enabling alignment – between mindset and action, vision and culture, and between people and purpose.

Beyond my work, I’m a former junior Judo Champion and the granddaughter of a Buddhist teacher, so balance and discipline run deep. I live with my husband Si, a drone pilot, and our two cats, Mumbai and Bombay. I’m well travelled and particularly drawn to Asia for its culture and cuisine.  I have a soft spot for geranium oil and all shades of blue (but not celery or yellow!).
