“In the zone” – they’re the first words that spring to mind 7 months on from attending one of Tamsen’s VMA workshops back in January.

Everything is easily slotting into place and I’m loving the feeling of being calmly in control and knowing that everything is working out as I intended.
It’s not quite how I envisaged before I went on her workshop – and I did do a lot of reflection post the day itself – however it’s absolutely the right way for me – in every way.

The workshop absolutely helped me identify what I’m all about and what’s important to me and my business.
