I’ve always struggled with the question “where do you see your business in X years?” I’ve always been ambitious for myself and my business but I was aware that I didn’t have a clear idea of where I wanted to get to.

Through the process that Tamsen took us through, and through letting the ideas generated during the workshop percolate afterwards, I realised that my biggest motivator was learning. It felt so obvious once I realised it, but knowing this has helped me make better decisions on what I might want to do with my life and what roles I will enjoy most in the future. Life-changing!

Now I know exactly where I’m aiming and have a clear vision for myself and my business. I feel excited by the idea of where my business is going and I know the steps I need to take to get there.

Anyone who struggles with the question “where do you see your business in X years?” should speak to Tamsen. I used to dread this question and have given lots of answers that sound good but never quite felt like they were my own. Now I know exactly where I want to go and I have clarity on what I need to do to get there.
